Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer is a Cuban-American multi-award-winning artist, composer and producer who’s acclaimed for her thrilling vocals, lyrical depth and musical versatility. Since her first violin lesson at age three, she’s been immersed in a musically diverse world that established her early on as the rare kind of singer/musician who is comfortable in any genre. Nacer has performed and recorded with some of the industry’s biggest names including Jason Mraz, Ne-Yo, Wyclef Jean, Gloria Estefan, H.E.R., Gaby Moreno, Flor de Toloache, Engelbert Humperdinck, All-4-One and Justin Bieber among others.
Yvette has written, produced and orchestrated original music for a myriad of films, including the feature film Miss Arizona; Cactus Flower; and Dan Fogelman's Life Itself. She composed and orchestrated music for the feature film Replica, starring Mickey Rourke as well as the main theme for the feature film The Curse of La Patasola. Her music has been heard on a number of commercials and an array of hit TV shows. She produced the acclaimed album If The Fates Allow: A Hadestown Holiday Album, featuring the cast of the Tony & Grammy Award Winning musical Hadestown. She was also a performer, arranger and writer on the project. She won the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, has been signed to BMG Publishing writing for a number of recording artists and was a part of the EMMY Award Winning TV series The Fresh Beat Band (Outstanding Music Direction and Composition). She recently joined forces with the EMMY Award Winning Composing team at Matter Music.
